Dope post. Add understanding energy usage and generations to my list of interests.

Since the inflection point in energy, consumption post-WWII matches the increase in the human population (baby boomers needed their giant cars, after all, https://ourworldindata.org/future-population-growth) how do energy habits of individuals fall into all of this? If there is a limitation to the efficiency of renewals and we can't electrify our way out of everything (damn), what are your thoughts on the importance of changing energy sources vs. more efficient energy usage (e.g. cutting back on transportation through more liveable cities, reducing individual energy needs through better heating and cool systems)?

Also, if you are feeling particularly inspired next time, use your artistic skills to include a picture or two. I'd love to see the force diagram of the falling SHIELD helicarrier
